The owners of this panoramic residence—a design we like to call “transitional contemporary” for its balanced blending of traditional Pueblo and more geometric, contemporary styling—were not newcomers to home building, but past experience had left them less than enthusiastic about starting another home. Their previous project had come in over budget. They hadn’t felt involved in the design process. And communication had been an issue.
From our very first conversation, we understood that building trust and providing total transparency would be the keys to our success. Working with many different clients over 30 plus years has made us uniquely attuned to meeting varied needs. We’re proud of our focus on relationship building. Ultimately, we developed a great rapport and created a completely transparent builder/client relationship. Regularly scheduled meetings and detailed walk throughs allowed us to integrate the owners fully into our team. Throughout the process, we cultivated confidence and truly worked together to bring their vision to life.
